we really like it but it likes cleaning the deep end part of the pool. we have to kind of push it along after cleaning the 4ft part of the pool then let it go to the 5ft. It does the job that is for sure.

i do like this pool cleaner, however it does not clean the entire pool for some reason, buty where ever it does go it geys the job done. Great suction on this item, jusy make sure you have nothing at the bottom of the pool that is could suck up. I did have have a problem with it once and took it to a store that sold them and they fixed it real quick, said it was clogged inside.I really like this product and hope it will last for years to come.

We've had many issues with our standard vac attachment between the plate not staying attached or the vac itself just not doing a good job.
Enter Diver Dave!
This Hayward cleaner has done everything we need it to do. Setup is quick and easy, the suction is excellent. Once in, Diver Dave does his thing, cleaning up all the debris on the bottom and without issues of getting hung up or tangled.
I highly recomend this unit to anyone in need of an inexpensive yet effective pool cleaner.

very easy to use. cleans over night the slum from bottom, just doesn't do corners will, we have to help dave the diver run the corner. I had a shark pool clear which never did its job. plus always had to untangle the hose. Dave hasn't tangled yet.

Installed the second day. Within a couple hours my 24' above ground pool was 90% clean. A lot easier then doing it by hand.

I have only used it for a few days, but so far so good. I'm happy he'll be doing all the work this summer.
Only one suggestion so far, it should come with 2 to 3 more hose pieces.

They really need to tell you about what pump strength is needed to really run this at its best? If we were not standing out there with it and it sucked up too many leaves or bigger debris it stopped working. If the floor of your pool is not perfectly flat it gets hung up. Don't get me wrong, when it works, it works good but it does need to be watched if you have leaves in your pool or your pump is not a large enough pump with great suction!

I wish I had purchased Diver Dave a couple months earlier. It has saved me SO much time! I was spending a couple hours/week cleaning the pool, now it takes less than 15 min/week. This is a great item and it is fun to watch 'him' do all the work. Set up was as easy as described. Just hook the hoses together drop him in and go. It can't get any easier than that. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who has a pool!

We use the product to clean our 18ft above ground pool. It has made our pool experience so much more pleasant this summer. The water has been far easier to keep and maintain without algae growth. The only negative has been leaf blockage after several summer storms. The unit needed some extra supervision until all debris had been completely hand skimmed from the pool bottom. A great purchase and a good value.

It works well except will not go all the way to one end due to water filtration movement. But, we just have to clean the one end ourself.

I really liked the vacum at first now it will not work for us and I can not get my pool clean. I did have it worked on by the company I bought it from. I really want to have it working again. I don't know what else to do. Could some one tell me what I should do I really don't want to buy another. And I though it would last alot longer than this. thank you Kay getzfred
